Hi, I'm Anna Dyu! A model, Influencer, and a sports lover!

In this course, you will learn how I achieve a fit and toned body through a combination of different exercises.

We will cover different workout routines with a different focus, like strength training, pilates, HIIT, and cardiovascular exercises.

The course is structured in 5 different workout-days that I do through out the week.

Additionally, you will learn how to perform all exercises with the correct form by watching my visualized videos, since the correct form of exercises plays a crucial role in reaching your fitness goals.

Throughout this course, you do not need any equipment, it's enough to have some space at home and maybe a yoga mat to get comfortable.

Important to mention: this course is suitable for EVERY fitness level, no matter if you are a beginner who just started to work out or someone who already has experience and works out consistently.

This course contains different variations of some exercises so it is perfectly suitable for each fitness level.

By the end of this course, I hope that you will have the motivation and knowledge that will help you stay fit and toned for the long term.
